Paul Legal represents a wide variety of clients involved in all aspects of the motion picture, television and new media fields. His practice includes representation of major film financiers and television production companies, as well as individual writers, directors and producers. He has over 20 years of experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating deals related to all facets of financing, development, production and distribution and has served as production counsel on numerous feature films and television series.

Prior to founding Bruns Brennan Berry Pikulin & Jacobs in 2010, Paul began his career at Sloss Eckhouse Law Co LLP (formerly Sloss Eckhouse Brennan LawCo LLP) becoming a partner of the firm in 2000. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section and is admitted to practice in New York. He received his bachelor’s degree from Brown University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
